HILLMEDICAL

  • Healthcare platform
  • Website + administration

Clear for patients.Practical for thepeople running it.

Public experience / Internal operations

HillMedical needed more than a new website. The goal was to create a professional digital presence that clearly communicates the clinic’s values, treatments and expertise while improving everyday processes behind the scenes.

01 / The challenge

Healthcare is complex. The experience doesn’t have to be.

Patients may arrive with questions and uncertainty. The website needed to explain treatments, technologies and prices without becoming overwhelming — giving people enough information to understand their options and take the next step.

02 / Information

Complex information. A clearer path through it.

The structure follows the questions patients actually have. Services lead into detailed treatment information, technologies, pricing and contact options. A calm, consistent interface keeps the content in focus.

03 / Treatment experience

Explain advanced technology without making it feel complicated.

Detailed treatment pages combine professional information with a clear visual hierarchy. The X-Guide section is one example: an unfamiliar technology is introduced within the treatment story, giving patients a place to explore the process in more detail.

04 / Administration

Change the price once. Everything else follows.

The complete treatment price list is managed in the custom administration interface. The same structured data supplies the website and generates a branded PDF in HillMedical’s visual identity. Price changes no longer require a separately redesigned document.

05 / Behind the website

The public website is only half the system.

The administration interface was built around the company’s actual processes. The team can manage content and everyday operations without requiring developer involvement for each update.

06 / Appointment booking

Build what fits the workflow. Don’t force what doesn’t.

01 / Managed within HillMedical

A booking system where integration made sense.

For services outside the dental software, including speech therapy, the platform handles online appointment booking directly. Available appointments and their administration are managed through HillMedical’s own system.

02 / Existing dental software

A deliberate boundary for dental booking.

The existing dental management software does not provide the external integration needed for a reliable booking connection. Replacing or bypassing it would have required a much larger operational change. Keeping that workflow in the existing system was a conscious product and engineering decision.

Good software should fit the business. The business shouldn’t have to reorganize itself around the software.

Booking management / Patient control

Plans change. Patients can handle that.

After booking, the patient receives a code by email. Entering that code on the website opens their booking, where they can choose another available appointment or cancel it themselves.

  2. 02Enter the code on the website
  3. 03Reschedule or cancel the appointment

Routine booking changes no longer need to go through the clinic’s team. Patients can manage their own plans, reducing the staff’s work handling rescheduling and cancellation requests.

07 / Contact

Make it easy to ask. Make it easy to respond.

Incoming contact requests are available in the administration interface, giving the team a clear place to review and manage enquiries from the website.

08 / Connected system

Two sides. A shared foundation.

Patient / Visitor

HillMedical website

  • Treatments & dental information
  • Pricing & contact
  • Appointment flows

  • Non-dental appointments

09 / In practice

One system. Two audiences.

For patients, a clearer way to explore treatments, understand the clinic and get in touch.

For the company, less repetitive administration and more control over everyday website-related processes.

Better information outside. Better workflows inside.
